Air Conditioning by Commercial has served Southwest Florida for over 30 years.  Our founder, Jim Albert, sought a qualified company to service the company he then owned, Naples Ice Company.  Without much success, Jim decided to start his own service company and partnered with Tim Wallen who had extensive refrigeration background.  Together they formed Commercial Refrigeration, Inc.

While growing the business, Jim and Tim realized there was a need for a reliable, qualified company to service air conditioners for both the residential and commercial markets in Southwest Florida.  Today, Air Conditioning by Commercial has over 90 years combined experience experience in the HVAC/R industry.  Our motto of "Honesty - Integrity - Experience" is the foundation of the business.  This is why our service technicians never receive a commission.  We believe doing so would encourage repair, replacement and/or the selling of unneeded parts or services.

We only hire highly qualified employees who can service and/or maintain all makes and models of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment.  This is the main reason we have one of the lowest "call back" percentages in the industry.  We stock our trucks with the most common replacement parts which means your equipment will be up and running in an efficient manner.

Our Preventative Maintenance Service is the most thorough in the market whereby we insist on complete diagnostics and cleaning of all equipment.  Our philosophy helps to prevent unnecessary breakdowns and extends the life of the equipment.
