Comprehensive Preventive maintenance

Preventative Maintenances should be performed in the Spring and Fall

Outdoor Equipment

  • Inspect refrigerant level

  • Clear base pan, drain openings from obstructions

  • Inspect/clean coil & cabinet

  • Lubricate fan motor & blades.  Inspects for damage & wear

  • Inspect control box and all electrical components

  • Inspect compressor & tubing for leaks and damage

Indoor Equipment

  • Clean and Inspect Coil *where accessible* 

  • Vacuum the drain pans

  • Flush the drain lines

  • Replace fan belt, if required

  • Check all electric systems

  • Check all the amps, electric, pressures, temperatures and thermostats

  • Replace Air Filters *additional fees for purchase
